ABOUT THE UNITS

Individual units are larger than seen in most condo-type buildings with dimensions from 1,437 square feet to 2,134 square feet. With 9-foot ceilings and large high windows, each unit is bright and cheerful.

Summerhill of Bloomington offers six floor plans. Each unit features with a kitchen complete with all appliances, living room, dining room, one bedroom and den or two bedrooms or two bedrooms and den (depending on the size of the unit), two baths, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer included, walk-in closets, a storage room, and deck.

All units are equipped with two-zone heating and air conditioning with the exception of the smallest floor plan, which has only one-zone heating and air conditioning.

In addition to the in-unit storage room, each unit has additional storage space in the underground garage. One parking space in the heated underground garage is included in the monthly fee.

One or two common household pets, usually cats or dogs, are welcome to live with members in their unit. Dogs are size-restricted to not more than 20 inches high at the shoulder nor weigh more than 40 pounds when fully grown.
